Job summary

ZTE is seeking an experienced O&M operations lead to respond rapidly to incidents, manage on-site teams, and optimize data center infrastructure performance. You will drive incident resolution, maintain logs, and shape EOP processes while coordinating across multiple teams to reduce risk and improve stability.

The role requires 3+ years of related experience, solid IDC knowledge, and strong communication skills to ensure clear, cross-region collaboration and effective project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Ensure rapid response to O&M incidents outside working hours and arrive on site quickly per incident management standards.
• Organize and manage the infrastructure O&M team, establish duty and emergency response mechanisms, supervise standards, and ensure rapid resolution.
• Drive process optimization and automation to enhance stability of data center infrastructure operations.
• Update and maintain operation logs, ensure data accuracy, and submit reports on time.
• Follow O&M incident management standards, respond quickly and report incidents in a timely manner according to EOP, and complete root cause analysis for closed-loop resolution.
• Be familiar with power, HVAC, and low-voltage IDC facility infrastructure and organize post-incident review and knowledge capture.
• Identify potential risks, perform risk control, and continuously optimize EOP processes.
• Able to develop and implement self-owned change and modification project MOPs without causing faults.

Job description

1.Ensure rapid response to O&M incidents outside working hours, and be able to arrive on site quickly in accordance with incident management standards. Organize and manage the infrastructure O&M team, establish duty and emergency response mechanisms, supervise compliance with standards, and ensure rapid resolution of O&M incidents. Drive process optimization and automation to enhance the overall stability of data center infrastructure operations.

2.Update and maintain operation logs, ensure data accuracy, and submit reports on time.

3.Follow O&M incident management standards, respond quickly and arrive on site, handle and report incidents in a timely manner according to EOP, continue until fault recovery, and complete root cause and fault analysis to achieve closed-loop resolution.

4.Be familiar with the power, HVAC, and low-voltage architecture of IDC facility infrastructure within the responsible region and their working principles, and be able to organize root cause analysis, post-incident review, knowledge accumulation, and summarization after an incident.

5.Possess the ability to identify potential risks, perform risk control, and continuously optimize EOP processes.

6.Able to independently develop and implement self-owned change and modification project MOPs, ensuring no faults are caused by changes.

7.Possess professional knowledge of infrastructure, be familiar with IDC facility construction standards and architectural design, and understand differences among mainstream infrastructure brands and models to provide optimization recommendations. Be proficient in carrying out monitoring management, security management, risk management, drill management, capacity management, availability management, and cost optimization for data center infrastructure, continuously optimizing and improving to enhance operational efficiency.

8.Capable of leading the team to improve stability and efficiency while reducing risks. Familiar with project management tools and methodologies, with the ability to coordinate projects, optimize project processes, establish relevant technical standards, and collaborate across teams.
