Job summary

PT GST is seeking an Asset & Warehouse Coordinator in Bekasi to manage offline IDC equipment, record inbound/outbound transactions, and verify asset configurations for our data center operations.

The role requires an associate degree or higher with asset/warehouse experience, plus strong communication and meticulousness. You will perform labeling, rack verification, and regular inventories, delivering timely reports per customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Arrange IDC offline equipment in the warehouse.
• Register IDC asset inbound and outbound transactions.
• Record IDC equipment configuration changes.
• Prepare and handle daily work orders; inbound/outbound operations for data center gear and parts.
• Asset verification of offline servers and network equipment; manage warehousing process.
• Complete asset work orders following procedures and specs.
• Record serial numbers for rack assembly; verify rack location; print labels.
• Conduct regular asset inventories to ensure 100% accuracy.
• Provide daily reports as required by customers.

Job description

Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the arrangement of IDC offline equipment in the warehouse;
2. Responsible for registering IDC asset inbound and outbound transactions;
3. Responsible for recording IDC equipment configuration changes;
4. Assist in completing daily work order operations, responsible for the preparation and inbound/outbound operations of equipment and parts required for data center operations;
5. Responsible for asset verification of offline servers, network equipment, network equipment parts, and accessories, and responsible for the warehousing process;
6. Complete asset work order operations according to process and operating specifications;
7. Record serial number information for equipment rack assembly, verify rack location, and affix and print equipment labels;
8. Assist in conducting regular asset inventory to ensure 100% asset accuracy;
9. Provide various daily reports on time according to customer requirements;

Job Requirements:
1. Associate degree or above, with relevant experience in asset management, warehouse management, etc.;
2. Good communication and coordination skills, document organization skills, and a strong sense of responsibility;
3. Stable, reliable, meticulous, and clear-thinking personality; 4. Strong thinking and learning abilities, able to adapt quickly to changes;
4. Able to proactively identify problems on-site, provide timely feedback, and be good at summarizing.
