Job summary

TITANICOM TECH LIMITED is seeking a hands-on Management Technician to provide on-site asset-management support for our data-center operations in Jakarta. You will manage asset registration, track SNs and status, and respond to work orders within SLA requirements, ensuring accurate records and safe handling of equipment such as switches and servers.

You will follow asset SOPs, observe data-center safety standards, and contribute to process improvements in asset-tracking workflows and inventory

Responsibilities

• Be on-site for 5×8 working hours and respond to after-hours emergencies.
• Implement asset registration for warehouse personnel and inbound/outbound assets.
• Respond to work orders per SLA requirements and ensure asset information accuracy.
• Propose optimization ideas for asset-management workflows and ticketing processes.
• Follow IDC data-center safety and asset-safety specifications across all phases.
• Conduct full asset inventory and verify alignment between physical assets and records.

Job description

Be on‑site during 5×8 working hours; capable of responding to after‑hours emergency requests and delivering on‑site support as required.

Strictly observe asset management red‑line rules as well as Alibaba’s integrity, compliance and legal requirements to ensure all workflows are lawful and compliant. No unauthorized tag/code generation, no under‑reporting and no irregular operations are allowed.

Implement access registration for warehouse personnel and inbound/outbound asset registration strictly in accordance with asset‑related SOPs.

Be familiar with asset‑management tools and platforms. Respond to and execute work orders per service SLA requirements to guarantee SLA compliance rate and accuracy of asset information. Ability to propose optimization suggestions for asset‑management workflows and ticketing processes.

Understand and abide by IDC data‑center environment and asset‑safety management specifications. Manage safety across all phases including asset storage, transportation, inbound‑outbound handling, decommissioning and disposal following asset SOPs, to prevent asset damage and secure data safety. Capable of putting forward optimization proposals for environmental‑safety and asset‑safety control measures.

Conduct full‑scope asset inventory for data‑center facilities. Verify consistency of asset location, SN, status, model and other attributes to achieve full alignment between physical assets and system records, ensuring 100% accuracy of asset data. Proficient in asset‑management tools and relevant software for fast data retrieval, analysis and anomaly extraction.

Familiar with asset‑management project‑management workflows. Possess basic capabilities in risk control, schedule management and project acceptance during project implementation, as well as skills to improve team efficiency and empower team members.

Job Requirements

1‑3 years of relevant industry experience.

Familiar with common data‑center equipment such as switches and servers; familiar with typical components & consumables including optical modules, boards and optical fibers. Hands‑on warehouse‑management experience.

Knowledge of warehouse‑environment requirements including dust‑proof and moisture‑proof measures.

Proactive in identifying and resolving issues. Conceptual understanding of the full asset lifecycle from inbound receipt to retirement within IDC environments.
