TITANICOM TECH LIMITED is seeking a Data Center Facilities Engineer for on-site responsibilities at our Jakarta data center. You will manage watchkeeping schedules, monitor operations in real time, and ensure rapid incident reporting and resolution.

The role requires a full-time college degree and 3+ years of related experience, with strong focus on safety, communication, and teamwork to maintain stable data center operations.

Job description

Responsibility 1: Data Center On-site Watchkeeping and Shift Team Management

Arrange on-site watchkeeping schedules and manage shift teams;

Perform screen monitoring to track data center operations in real time, promptly identify and report incidents, alarms, and faults;

Conduct and follow up on routine inspections, verify data center operational metrics, and report any abnormal data in a timely manner.

Responsibility 2: Daily and Emergency Operations of Infrastructure Facilities

Maintain 7×24 hour on-site shift duty and monitoring at the project data center;

Perform routine inspections of equipment and systems according to designated patrol routes, with inspection frequency dynamically adjusted based on site conditions;

Accurately and thoroughly record equipment operational parameters, and complete data entry and aggregation;

Immediately report any anomalies discovered during inspections or data aggregation in accordance with established procedures, and thoroughly document the incident handling process;

Respond rapidly to emergencies and execute emergency response procedures, ensuring timely notifications as per protocols;

Report and elevate any changes, incidents, or other issues immediately, and coordinate communication in a timely manner;

Assist engineers and technicians in emergency incident response.

Job Requirements

Education

Degree: Full-time college degree or above;

Major: Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.

Work Experience

Experience: 3+ year of relevant work experience.

Technical Skills

Familiar with industry standards, regulations, and operational workflows of data centers;

Strong sense of responsibility, with the ability to balance the interests of the company, data center, and clients to ensure stable data center operations.
