Job summary

PT Kerry Ingredients Indonesia is seeking a driven Customer Service Executive to manage the end-to-end Order-to-Invoice process and uphold OTIF performance. You will collaborate with Sales, Warehouse, Transport and Export teams to ensure accurate orders and timely deliveries.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2–3 years in customer service with export/import experience; proficiency in MS Office and SAP is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years in customer service, with at least 3 years in export/import.
• Experience in manufacturing is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Experience with SAP is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; professional representation of the company.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Team player with proactive, customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and build strong relationships.
• Partner with Sales, Warehouse and Transport to develop account plans and drive customer success.
• Manage customer inquiries and complaints with timely resolution and corrective action.
• Process customer purchase orders and create accurate sales orders in the system.
• Coordinate with Warehouse and Transport to ensure efficient delivery scheduling.
• Coordinate export orders with overseas customers and other teams to determine MAD and arrange deliveries.
• Monitor billing invoices and support debit/credit memos.
• Collaborate with Supply Planners and MCO to ensure supply plans for each order line.
• Work with QA on customer complaints related to product quality.
