Qualifications

• Candidate should preferably have a bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent level of experience).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in cross functional roles, particularly in Sales, RDA, Supply Chain and Finance.
• Competency in Salesforce CRM platform is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Outstanding organizational and networking abilities, with strong focus on execution and delivering results.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for utilizing salesforce system: Creation of opportunities, call reports, sample request, technical documents/regulatory requests, quotations
• Maintain accuracy of contact details to support annual customer satisfaction survey
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure all opportunity records are accurately maintained and updated in the system, reflecting the latest sales activities and pipeline status.
• Manage quotations and provide appropriate follow up support for acceptance or rejection of quotations and accurate reflection in the system.
• Creation and management of legal document requests to legal platform (IronClad)
• Provide Sales Support for defined strategic accounts and direct Manager.
• Support Manager on customer presentations, meeting arrangement for visitors to office and site visits
• Support Manager in the planning, coordination and execution of both internal and external events, ensuring smooth operations and successful event delivery.
• Ad hoc sales support as required by Sales Managers.
