Job summary

PT Ecolab International Indonesia is seeking an Export Operations Officer to manage local shipment execution from a field and system perspective. You will handle administrative export tasks, print essential documents, and monitor POD with transporters to ensure timely shipments.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in logistics-related fields, strong Excel skills, and at least one year in freight forwarding or logistics. Placement is at the Cikarang Plant with English as a basic requirement.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation Management or any major.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Minimum 1-year experiences as officer, in freight forwarding/logistic business.
• Good communication and interpersonal skill.
• Able to work under pressure and target oriented.
• Basic English skill is a must.
• Willing to be placed in Ecolab, Cikarang Plant.

Responsibilities

• Print OBD, COA, Packing list
• Creating Daily Shipment
• Monitoring POD virtual & POD physical with Transporter
• Update data on the daily shipment
• Upload POD to DocApp
• Handover POD physical with Billing team
• Filing Document
• Support Data Project saving
• Verify all export document to ensure comply with government regulation
• Manage filing and documentation of export process
