PT OOCL Logistics Indonesia (Jakarta) is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Professional to support order processing and logistics coordination. You will work with Sales, Vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate documentation.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree, has experience in customer service or logistics, and is proficient with Excel and MS Office. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential to succeed in a busy, target-driven

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Experience in Customer Service, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Operations is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented, responsive, and able to work under pressure.
Customer-focused with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Receive and process customer orders while coordinating with Sales, Vendors, and internal teams.
Monitor and track orders from placement through delivery completion.
Provide timely, professional, and high-quality customer service.
Handle and resolve customer and vendor complaints effectively and promptly.
Prepare and maintain Delivery Orders (DO) and other customer-related documentation.
Generate regular reports on order volumes, vendor performance, and operational improvement opportunities.
