Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in freight forwarding as Export Customer Service.
• Strong understanding of export shipment processes and ocean operations.
• Familiar with shipping documents such as SI, BL, Invoice, Packing List, and COO.
• Able to coordinate with customers, shipping lines, and overseas agents.
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive, and well-organized.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Handle and monitor export shipments from booking until vessel departure.
• Coordinate with customers regarding booking, SI, documentation, stuffing, and shipment schedules.
• Coordinate with shipping lines and overseas agents.
• Prepare and check export shipping documents.
• Monitor ETD, ETA, vessel schedules, and shipment status.
• Follow up on documentation and operational requirements.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve operational issues promptly.
