Job summary

PT Indowines in Bali seeks a meticulous Export–Import Coordinator to manage documentation, customs compliance, and logistics administration. You will collaborate with suppliers, customers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal teams to ensure shipments are accurate and on schedule.

Responsibilities include preparing invoices and packing lists, coordinating customs clearance, arranging shipments, tracking progress, and reporting logistics costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, international business, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in export–import, logistics, freight forwarding, or customs administration.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian customs procedures, export–import regulations, shipping documentation, and Incoterms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Good written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and document management.
• Strong coordination, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to manage multiple shipments and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and process export and import documents.
• Coordinate customs clearance and liaise with brokers and authorities.
• Arrange shipments with freight forwarders and logistics providers.
• Coordinate with suppliers and customers on schedules and documentation.
• Monitor shipments, inventory, and provide updated delivery dates.
• Analyze freight costs and assist with cost-control.
• Maintain organized shipment records and generate reports.
• Support cross-functional teams for on-time deliveries.
