Job summary

PT Kamadjaja Logistics is seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage export documentation and orders, book with shipping lines, and coordinate container delivery to the port.

You will communicate with shipping lines, Customs, and quarantine authorities, monitor container movements, and ensure timely arrivals. The role requires coordination across internal and external stakeholders to keep export operations on track.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 degree in any field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Customer Service in export-import or logistics.
• Experience or knowledge of export booking processes with shipping lines is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and email applications.
• Detail-oriented, communicative, and able to work effectively under deadlines.
• Strong coordination, communication, and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming export documents and orders, including booking with shipping lines and coordinating container delivery to the port.
• Handle correspondence and coordination with relevant parties, including shipping lines, Customs, and quarantine authorities.
• Monitor container movement and ensure timely arrival at the port.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely export operations.
