Job summary

GLOBAL PUTRA INTERNATIONAL GROUP is seeking staff in Surabaya to deliver professional customer service and coordinate with operations and sales on shipping progress. The role targets individuals who are proactive, eager to learn, and capable of handling diverse inquiries.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree, have some internship or 1–2 years of logistics experience, and can communicate in Indonesian and English (Mandarin a plus). Located in Surabaya with immediate joining availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree from reputable university, any major (preferable from logistics/sea management transportations).
• Fresh graduate with internship experience in logistics/freight forwarding company.
• At least 1-2 years of working experience in freight forwarding and logistics.
• Required languages: Indonesia, English (Mandarin is a plus).
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and excellent customer service to existing and new customers.
• Work closely with operational and sales teams regarding shipping and forwarding progress.
