Job summary

PT Ikapharmindo Putramas in Jakarta is seeking an Export Import Manager to drive export business development for cosmetics and pharmaceutical products. EXPORT IMPORT MANAGER (Specialized in Export Marketing & Business Development)

This role focuses on export business development and operational management for cosmetic and pharmaceutical products. You will be responsible for identifying international buyers and distributors, managing end-to-end export shipping operations, handling commercial negotiations, and ensuring regulatory compliance for export products.

Key responsibilities

• Search for prospective foreign buyers and distributors, conduct export market research, and develop international market penetration strategies for cosmetic and pharmaceutical products
• Manage the entire operational process of shipping goods abroad, coordinate with freight forwarder agents and customs authorities, and ensure completeness of export customs documents
• Handle price negotiations, Incoterms (FOB, CIF), payment terms agreements (L/C, T/T), and maintain long-term relationships with international distributor networks
• Coordinate with internal teams and relevant authorities to ensure completeness of export product regulations (Halal, BPOM/CPKB/CPOB Certificates, CoA)

About you

• Minimum 5 years of experience in seeking international buyers/distributors, opening new export markets, and international trade negotiations (preferably from Pharmaceutical, Cosmetic, or FMCG industries)
• Experience and understanding of managing end-to-end export shipping operations (vessel/container booking, Freight Forwarder, Incoterms, and export documents such as PEB, B/L, Certificate of Origin/SKA, CoA, Invoice, and Packing List)
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written, for business negotiations and international logistics communication
• Minimum S1 (Bachelor's) degree in Business Management, International Relations, Logistics, or related field
