Job summary

PT Ikapharmindo Putramas seeks an EXIM Asst Manager specialized in Export Marketing & Business Development to drive international growth for cosmetic and pharmaceutical products. You will identify overseas buyers, manage end-to-end shipping operations, and lead commercial negotiations with global partners.

You will coordinate with regulatory authorities to ensure Halal and BPOM certifications, prepare export documents, and build long-term distributor networks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in seeking international buyers/distributors and opening new export markets.
• Experience with end-to-end export shipping operations and international trade negotiations.
• Strong English proficiency for negotiations and logistics communication.

Responsibilities

• Identify international buyers and distributors and develop export market entry strategies.
• Oversee end-to-end export shipping operations including vessel/container booking and documents.
• Negotiate terms (Incoterms, L/C, T/T) and maintain distributor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with export regulations (Halal, BPOM/CPKB/CPOB, CoA) and related certificates.
