Job summary

PT Rejeki Indonesia Citra Harnat seeks a Marketing Export professional to identify and develop international buyers and importers, conduct market research, and manage the export sales process from first contact to deal closure. You will search for new buyers via email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and B2B platforms, prepare offers and documentation, and coordinate with teams on pricing, samples and shipping.

A background in marketing or business, English proficiency, and at least 1 year in export

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Business English proficiency (email/communication); Mandarin is an advantage.
• Understanding of export basics and Incoterms is advantageous.
• Able to conduct research via internet, LinkedIn, and B2B platforms.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Detail-oriented, target-oriented, proactive, and able to work in teams or independently.
• Minimum 1 year experience in Export Marketing or International Sales.
• Experience in agricultural commodities, food ingredients, coconut, or Indonesian spices is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective buyers via email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, B2B platforms, and other channels.
• Send product offers, quotations, company profiles, and product information.
• Perform follow-up, communication, and negotiation until deal closure.
• Negotiate price, quantity, specifications, Incoterms, and payment terms.
• Manage buyer database and track marketing/export progress.
• Maintain buyer relationships and customer relationship management.
• Coordinate internally regarding product, pricing, samples, documentation, and shipping.
• Prepare supporting export documentation and activity reports.
