Job summary

PT COSMAX INDONESIA is seeking an Export Part Leader to join our Production team in Ciracas, East Jakarta. The role focuses on coordinating daily export activities, ensuring proper documentation, and liaising with buyers and freight forwarders to meet schedules.

Ideal candidates have at least 5 years in export roles, strong Excel skills, and excellent English communication. Onsite work with standard hours; AEO/ISO familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field as listed.
• Minimum 5 years in Export, ideally cosmetics/health supplements, handling imported raw materials and exporting finished goods.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian export-import procedures (LS/Laporan Survey, SKI BPOM, HS Code Classification, Incoterms).
• Proficient in MS Excel; active English communication required.

• Coordinate daily export activities based on schedule and instructions from Direct Superior.
• Check shipment schedules and shipping costs; follow up on delays or issues with related teams.
• Ensure completeness of export documents; maintain records for customs and AEO audits.

Job description

PT. Cosmax Indonesia urgently needs a Export Part Leader to join the Production team and be located in Ciracas, East Jakarta. Please read detail the qualifications below.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Apothecary, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Sea Transportation Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years as Senior Staff in Export, ideally cosmetics/health supplements from South Korea, China, or other countries, including handling imported raw materials and exporting finished goods.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian export-import procedures (LS/Laporan Survey, SKI BPOM, HS Code Classification, Incoterms), and experience coordinating with freight forwarders and customs brokers.
• Proficient in MS Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP); active English communication skills (mandatory).
• Fast learner, adaptable, detail-oriented, good negotiator, with strong stress tolerance.
• Able to work independently or in a team, with good leadership skills to manage a team.
• Understanding of AEO Certification and ISO 37001 is a plus.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily export activities based on schedule and instructions from Direct Superior.
• Check shipment schedules and shipping costs; follow up on delays or issues with related teams.
• Ensure completeness of export documents; maintain records needed for customs processes and AEO audits.
• Monitor customs clearance activities and report any issues, risks, or non-compliance to Direct Superior.
• Liaise with buyers, suppliers, and internal teams on export delivery schedules based on approved plans.
• Prepare calculations for export duty, tax, and related costs prior to review and approval.
• Verify HS Code classification based on product information and regulations; discuss unclear classifications with Direct Superior.
• Act as PIC for assigned EXIM jobs (as designated by Direct Superior); support other team members as needed
