Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sourcing international buyers and distributors.
• Experience in opening new export markets and international trade negotiations.
• Fluent English for negotiations and logistics communication.
• Degree in business, international relations, logistics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Identify international buyers and distributors and develop market penetration strategies.
• Manage end-to-end export shipping operations and coordinate with freight forwarders and customs.
• Negotiate prices and Incoterms, and manage payment terms with buyers.
• Ensure compliance with export regulations (Halal, BPOM/CPKB/CPOB Certs, CoA).
