Job summary

PT Berca Hardayaperkasa is seeking a high-performing IT Sales professional to join our team and drive new business across key industry pillars.

You will identify opportunities, build relationships with CIOs and IT decision-makers, and lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, while collaborating with pre-sales.

Candidates should have 2-3 years in B2B IT sales, a diploma or degree in technology or accounting, and fluent English; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Technology/Accounting or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in B2B IT sales, preferably in system integrator or technology sectors.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; Mandarin skills are an advantage.

• Collaborate with the pre-sales and technical teams to ensure solution feasibility and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Technology / Accounting or a related field.
• Having 2-3 years of experience in B2B IT Sales, especially in system integrator or technology sectors.
• Strong understanding of the business applications of IT products and services.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
