Talent Insider is assisting a well-established Indonesian e-commerce company to hire a Product & Merchandising Lead. You will shape product and market strategy, segmentation, pricing, and go-to-market plans to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include coordinating supply chain planning, sourcing and negotiating with suppliers, and managing inventory while training teams and aligning with internal and external partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in merchandising with product knowledge.
• Proven GTM strategy development and launches.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to travel for market visits and events.
• English fluency; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define product and market strategy based on user profiles and demand.
• Provide tailored supply solutions for diverse user segments.
• Develop pricing, marketing plans, and user-product matching.
• Create lifecycle and market testing plans and monitor execution.
• Coordinate supply chain planning and manage inventory levels.
