The role collaborates with marketing, sales, supply chain, and brand teams to align inventory, pricing, and customer experience. Strong analytics and cross-functional communication are essential.

Qualificações

• Strong analytical skills with data interpretation, performance tracking, and conversion optimization.
• Excellent communication for cross-functional reporting and stakeholder updates.
• Sales planning, revenue growth management, and customer acquisition strategies.
• E-commerce expertise covering marketplace management, website ops, merchandising, and UX.
• Digital marketing coordination and brand alignment across online channels.
• Experience in FMCG/beauty/consumer goods ecommerce is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing/Management preferred.
• Proficiency in analytics tools, ecommerce platforms, and Excel is beneficial.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
