Job summary

PT Michael Page Internasional Indonesia is seeking an experienced E-commerce Supervisor to lead daily operations and drive online sales growth in Indonesia. You will work with local sales and marketing teams, regional digital teams, distributors, and marketplace partners to optimize listings, pricing, inventory, and content.

The role demands hands-on e-commerce experience in Indonesia, strong analytical skills with Excel/Power BI, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
Five years in sales or marketing with three years in e-commerce.
Experience managing online stores or marketplace channels in Indonesia.
Good written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations across platforms.
Build relationships with marketplace partners for marketing resources.
Coordinate with e-commerce enablers for store operations and fulfilment.
Monitor stock availability and ensure SKUs support promotions.
Create and maintain product content, descriptions, and images.
Drive sell-in and sell-out targets across channels.
Coordinate campaigns and calendars with stakeholders.
Collaborate with local and regional teams to align e-commerce with commercial goals.
Consolidate data and prepare performance reports.
