Intrepid Asia is seeking a Merchandiser Executive to elevate client stores across Lazada, Shopee, TikTok and other platforms. You will work with the Head of Merchandising and cross-functional teams to optimize product pages, drive traffic, and improve conversions through compelling visuals and strategic content.

In this hybrid role based in Jakarta Selatan, you will storyboard and script AI livestreams, monitor performance with key metrics, and stay ahead of ecommerce trends.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Merchandising, Visual Communication, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in ecommerce merchandising, digital marketing, livestream, or related roles.
• Strong sense of visual merchandising and ability to create compelling online shopping experiences.
• Excellent organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail and data-driven decision making.
• Strong command of Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Creative flair and passion for visual storytelling and design aesthetics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• Keen interest in latest ecommerce, digital marketing, and merchandising trends.

Aufgaben

• Develop merchandising strategies and drive traffic across ecommerce touchpoints (product pages, shop-in-shops, chat features).
• Increase customer engagement with store layouts, banner sequencing, and compelling copy.
• Track performance metrics and conduct competitive benchmarking to refine strategies.
• Audit and optimize ecommerce platforms to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with Graphic Design & Content teams to align visuals with briefs and campaigns.
• Storyboard and script AI livestreams and videos for platforms like TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada.
• Stay informed on industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
