Intrepid Asia is expanding its Brand Management team in Southeast Asia, seeking a Category Manager to drive top-line and bottom-line growth in Indonesia. You will mentor key account managers, develop ambitious plans with top brand partners, and establish processes to ensure ecommerce success for brands and sellers.

The role requires building regional/local initiatives, analyzing performance, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive growth and operational excellence.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent in English is required.
• 7–10 years of ecommerce experience preferred.
• Experience with retail business & category management is needed.
• Strong analytical, collaborative, and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Proven ability to lead a team of professionals.

Aufgaben

• Own GMV and GP1 targets for the assigned brand portfolio and drive performance.
• Lead commercial excellence projects for process optimization and initiatives.
• Ensure brand and store KPIs are met and advise on levers for growth.
• Forecast and plan inventory to ensure stock availability and assortment.
• Manage PO planning, fill rates, safety stock and stock on hand.
• Ensure pricing competitiveness and effective merchandising.
• Lead a team of KAMs to deliver excellent client experiences.
• Collaborate with Operations, CX, Design, Finance, and Social Commerce to optimize service quality.
• Maintain relationships with brands and ecommerce platforms.
