Job summary

Intrepid Asia is seeking an Assistant Category Manager for Indonesia to drive top-line growth across a portfolio of leading brands. You will develop ecommerce strategies, oversee P&L performance, and coordinate day-to-day operations with cross-functional teams and brand partners.

You will lead category growth strategies, manage campaigns and launches, and build strong relationships with platforms to maximize visibility and profitability.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• 4–6 years of experience in Ecommerce, Brand Management, or Category Management.
• Strong commercial acumen with solid P&L management and ecommerce campaign planning.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to turn data into insights for assortment, pricing, and promotions.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; able to influence senior stakeholders.
• Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management with platforms and brand partners.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue, market share, and profitability for Beauty brands.
• Lead and negotiate annual agreements with top ecommerce platforms to secure visibility and campaigns.
• Oversee portfolio profitability through pricing, promotions, and assortment strategies.
• Plan and execute high-impact brand campaigns, new product launches, and activations.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to align brand strategies.
• Coach and develop the Brand Management team to perform at a high level.
• Cultivate strong partnerships with brand principals and ecommerce platforms.
