Job summary

PT Haier Sales Indonesia is seeking a Display Manager to lead AQUA booth displays in North Jakarta. You will develop display management processes, set targets, monitor performance, and ensure samples are displayed across all AQUA booths.

You will create weekly reports covering Total, MH, New Models and Hero Models, coordinate with field teams, and drive stock accuracy from GTM data while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in related field.
• Minimum 2 years in same position.
• Familiar with household appliances; strong presentation skills.
• Able to speak English; Mandarin speaker is advantage.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word and ERP.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial, self-starter with hands-on approach.
• Persuasive and innovative; team work.
• Able to work under pressure in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop a display management process to achieve AQUA display targets.
• Set display targets and monitor performance.

• Improve MH models display and meet MH Display targets.
• Set targets for new models and ensure display achievement.
• Prepare weekly display reports (Total/MH/NEW MODELS/HERO MODELS) and take action.
• Stock tracking from GTM system and follow up with field force for delays.

Job description

Develop a display management process to ensure that AQUA display target achieved

Make the target of display, and follow up the display performance

Prototype management, to ensure that all AQUA booth display the sample

Mid High (MH) models display improve, and MH Display target achieved

Set the target of new models and make sure all new models display achieve target

Make the weekly report of display (Total/MH/NEW MODELS/HERO MODLES), and take the action to improve the display

Stock tracking from Go to Market (GTM) system and following up to field force if the data are delayed.

Job Requirements

Bachelor Degree in related field

Have minimum 2 years experience in same position

Familiar with product appliances, highly knowledgeable with good presentation skills

Able to speak English, Mandarin speaker is advantage

Thriving at Microsoft office (Power point/Excel/Word) and ERP

Excellent interpersonal skill and communication skills, both verbal and written

Entrepreneurial, self-starter with hands-on approach

Persuasive and innovative, team work

Able to work under pressure in fast-paced working environment.
