Job summary

PT Haier Sales Indonesia is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to strengthen relationships with dealers in Palembang. You will manage field sales, process orders, prepare price comparisons, and help achieve monthly targets.

You will coordinate with the SCM and sales admin to ensure timely deliveries, prepare invoices and rebates, and visit dealers to evaluate stock and market share, while building new dealer partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management or related.
• 3 years experience as Salesman/Sales in AC Product or Home Appliances Electronics industry or related.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint/Excel/Word).
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Flexible and able to manage multiple tasks under restricted timeframes.
• Entrepreneurial, self-starter with hands-on approach.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop good relationships with customers through meetings/phone/visitations.
• Act as bridge between the company and current/future markets.
• Record sales and orders and report to the ACS Network manager.
• Make Sales Orders and price comparisons; report activity against competitors.
• Coordinate with SCM for timely product delivery and confirm billing to dealers.
• Visit dealers to evaluate stock, sell-out, and expand dealer network.

Job description

Maintain and develop good relationship with customers through personal contact/ meetings/ via telephone and etc.

Must act as a bridge between the company and its current market and future markets.

Review their own performance and aim at exceeding their targets.

Record sales and order information and report the same to the manager ACS Network.

Make Sales Order.

Make report price comparison and activity sales competitor.

Ensure monthly sales target achievement.

Coordinate with the SCM Department for timely product delivery.

Confirm billing to the dealer.

Make sure the rebate figure is in accordance with the revenue value.

Coordinate with the sales admin coordinator to prepare invoices and rebates before visiting dealers.

Coordinate with the ACS Network manager regarding the latest market conditions and plans for visits to dealers.

Make a visit to the dealer (stock evaluation, ensure sell out and check the dealer's market share).

Identify the constraints experienced by the dealer.

Negotiating and establishing relationships for the expansion of new dealers.

Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management or related.

3 years experiences as Salesman/Sales in AC Product or Home Appliances Electronics industry or related.

Familiar with Microsoft office (Power point/Excel/Word).

Excellent communication & Inter-personal skills.

Flexible and open to changes and able to manage multiple tasks in restricted timeframes.

Entrepreneurial, self-starter with hands-on approach.

Logically and analytically minded.

Detailed oriented and numbers friendly.

Fluency in English is advantage.
