Job summary

PT Haier Sales Indonesia is seeking a Display Manager to lead AQUA booth displays in North Jakarta. You will develop display management processes, set targets, monitor performance, and ensure samples are displayed across all AQUA booths.

You will create weekly reports covering Total, MH, New Models and Hero Models, coordinate with field teams, and drive stock accuracy from GTM data while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in related field.
Minimum 2 years in same position.
Familiar with household appliances; strong presentation skills.
Able to speak English; Mandarin speaker is advantage.
Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word and ERP.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Entrepreneurial, self-starter with hands-on approach.
Persuasive and innovative; team work.
Able to work under pressure in fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Develop a display management process to achieve AQUA display targets.
Set display targets and monitor performance.
Prototype management to ensure all AQUA booth displays have samples.
Improve MH models display and meet MH Display targets.
Set targets for new models and ensure display achievement.
Prepare weekly display reports (Total/MH/NEW MODELS/HERO MODELS) and take action.
Stock tracking from GTM system and follow up with field force for delays.
