Job summary

PT. Hisense International Indonesia is seeking a Production & Quality Staff to monitor and coordinate factory operations for Washing Machine and Air Conditioner products, stationed at our manufacturing facility.

You will work with Production, Warehouse, Quality, Engineering teams to ensure smooth production, material availability, and on-time order completion. Requires a Bachelor's in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, 2–3 years manufacturing experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in manufacturing, production, process engineering, quality, or factory operations (advantage).
• Strong problem-solving and cross-functional coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor material receiving and ensure material availability to support production requirements.
• Coordinate and monitor daily production plans and schedules to ensure production runs according to target.
• Follow up production orders from start to completion and resolve delays or pending orders.
• Monitor factory inventory, including stock checking, material classification, inventory levels, and stock optimization.
• Identify and minimize risks of material shortage, overstock, and slow-moving inventory.
• Lead the implementation of New Product Introduction (NPI), including production SOP preparation and production tools, jigs, and fixtures readiness.
• Monitor the overall production process and respond to production issues, process abnormalities, quality defects, and operational bottlenecks.
• Conduct root cause analysis and coordinate corrective actions to ensure issues are properly resolved and closed.
• Identify opportunities to improve production efficiency, productivity, process capability, and product quality.
• Develop and implement factory improvement initiatives to improve production capacity and operational performance.

We are looking for a Production & Quality to be stationed at our manufacturing facility and responsible for monitoring and coordinating factory operations for Washing Machine (WM) and Air Conditioner (AC) products. This role will work closely with the Production, Warehouse, Quality, Engineering, and related teams to ensure smooth production, material availability, order completion, and continuous factory improvement.

Key responsibilities

Monitor material receiving and ensure material availability to support production requirements.

Coordinate and monitor daily production plans and schedules to ensure production runs according to target.

About you

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing, production, process engineering, quality, or factory operations.

Strong understanding of manufacturing and production processes.

Experience in production planning, material/inventory control, NPI, or factory improvement is an advantage.

Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.

Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills.

Able to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.

Proficient in English; Mandarin is an advantage.

Willing to be stationed at the factory and work closely with factory operations.
