Job summary

PT Haier Sales Indonesia is looking for a results-oriented sales professional to drive dealer contracts and achieve targets while maintaining strong relationships across Indonesia.

You will monitor day-to-day sales, forecast progress, process POs, and support rebates and invoicing. A Diploma or Bachelor in Sales/Marketing, at least 4 years in home appliances sales, and excellent communication are required. Travel readiness is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management or related
• Minimum 4 years of experiences as Sales in home appliances industry or related
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Thriving at Microsoft Office (PowerPoint/Excel/Word)
• Excellent Inter-personal Skills
• Entrepreneurial, self-starter with hands-on approach
• Be able to take critical decisions and handle stress

Responsibilities

• Visit dealers to ensure monthly contract, achievement, maintain good relationship
• Tracking and monitoring day to day all sales activity and reporting to the Branch Manager
• Monitoring Sales progress update according to sales forecast
• Ensuring achievement for contract, campaign and all targets for dealer
• Update branch monthly report (branch achievement and condition, dealer PSI, other brand activity) Ensuring achievement for contract, campaign and all targets for stores
• Update branch daily and monthly report (branch achievement and condition, dealer PSI, other brand activity)
• Ensuring dealers purchase products by issuing PO
• Manage product returns that are deemed not to meet specifications
• Doing counter-invoices (invoices, and travel documents)
• Support administration of rebates and completeness of other documents such as invoices
• Doing sell through products from dealers to sub dealers/shops
• Handling complaint from the dealer
• Do daily PO/Daily sales forecasting
• Checking the price list of all products before distributing them to dealers
