Job summary

PT Haier Sales Indonesia in Jakarta is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive for the Modern Market Department. You will build and maintain strong relationships with modern market channels and manage sales activities from product offerings to order processing, delivery requests, and collections.

This role requires preparing and monitoring sales forecasts, achieving assigned targets, updating in-store promotional programs, supervising promoter sell-out, and visiting dealers to monitor

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Management, or related.
• 2-3 years experiences in home appliances electronics industry or related.
• Excellent communication & Inter-personal skills.
• Flexible and able to manage multiple tasks in restricted timeframes.
• Entrepreneurial, self-starter with hands-on approach.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint/Excel/Word).
• Fluency in English is an advantage.
• Team leader, persuasive and innovative.
• Willing to travel.
• Vaccinated Covid-19.

Responsibilities

• Track daily sales targets versus actual achievements
• Encourage dealers to create purchase orders and coordinate with the SCM team for timely product delivery based on dealer/account requests
• Collect and process debit notes
• Follow up on payments from dealers/accounts according to due dates.
