Job summary

TNP Group is seeking a D2C growth-focused professional to own website revenue and traffic for MOOIMOM, MUGU, and MomCozy. You will drive migration from marketplace to direct channels, improve SEO and AI search visibility, and partner with IT/UI teams to optimize the customer journey.

You will lead paid media initiatives, build actionable dashboards, and present insights to the VP of Sales & Marketing. On-site in Kelapa Gading, you’ll collaborate across marketing, IT, and product teams.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in e-commerce, digital marketing, or D2C/website commerce.
• Hands-on experience with GA4, Search Console, and GTM.
• Working knowledge of SEO and paid media (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
• Comfort working with IT and UI/UX teams to improve a website.
• Familiarity with Shopee and TikTok Shop.
• Proactive, structured, and a good communicator.
• Willing to work on-site in Kelapa Gading.

Responsibilities

• Own website revenue and traffic targets across MOOIMOM, MUGU, and MomCozy.
• Shape Marketplace-to-D2C migration and build loyalty/CRM mechanisms.
• Improve organic visibility and AI search strategies.
• Partner with UI/UX to optimize journey and run A/B tests.
• Plan and manage paid media campaigns and track ROAS/CAC.
• Build dashboards and convert data into actionable insights for Head of Marketing.
• Lead a website executive and represent D2C in cross-functional discussions.
