Job summary

Carousell Group is seeking a Growth Manager for CarousellMOBILE to own revenue growth from Indonesia, working hybrid with a Singapore team and occasional store visits. You will lead a small online sales team, optimize website storefronts, and drive buyback initiatives.

You will analyze data, leverage BI dashboards and AI tools, and translate insights into actionable plans that boost sales, traffic and profitability while developing team capabilities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in e-commerce, merchandising, retail, category management or business analysis.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Fluent with BI dashboards and data sources.
• Daily use of AI tools.
• Ability to explain why a number moved and what to do about it.
• Think like a business owner, not just an analyst.
• Curious, hungry and eager to learn new things.
• English writing and speaking fluency.
• Bonus: SEO experience, knowledge of mobile devices, e-commerce or marketplace merchandising, or Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Own the numbers: drive sales and conversion across stores and online channels.
• Run our websites: shape storefronts, grow organic traffic via SEO, collaborate on banners and campaigns.
• Grow buyback: discover new ways to collect more devices through partnerships.
• Find the data story: analyze sales and inventory with BI dashboards and AI tools; benchmark against competitors.
• Turn insight into action: guide online and store teams to deliver measurable results.
• Grow people: coach online sales admins toward bigger roles.
