Job summary

PT Uni-Charm Indonesia Tbk in South Jakarta is seeking an E-Commerce D2C Manager to lead direct-to-consumer growth, optimize our Shopify storefronts, and drive end-to-end online operations. This role focuses on increasing brand presence, revenue, and digital transformation for the company.

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years in e-commerce/D2C, hands-on Shopify experience, and strong analytics (GA4).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in e-commerce, D2C operations, or new business development.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling D2C brands or digital channels.
• Hands-on Shopify setup, theme customization, app integration, and basic coding.
• Strong analytics using GA4 and Shopify Analytics to drive CRO and on-site conversion.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement e-commerce and D2C strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Manage Unicharm Indonesia D2C Shopify storefronts, product pages, collections, navigation, and checkout flows.
• Maintain site health: fix links, banners, landing pages, and ensure mobile-first UX.
