You will work with leadership and a small performance marketing team to optimize funnels, manage external agencies, and oversee campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads, delivering ROI in a fast-paced environment.

Fluent English and strong analytical skills are essential for success.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
• 3–5 years hands-on digital marketing experience, preferably B2B/e‑commerce.
• Proven paid campaigns experience across Google Ads and Meta Ads with measurable results.
• Strong command of GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM workflows.
• SEO knowledge and CRO experience.
• Experience coordinating external agencies and vendors.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Fluent in English for technical docs and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Develop multi‑channel customer acquisition strategies to generate qualified B2B leads.
• Build and optimize acquisition funnels across digital channels.
• Monitor CPL, CAC, CR and ROAS; adjust campaigns for ROI.
• Coordinate daily activities with Google Ads and Meta Ads specialists.
• Manage creative agencies and marketing vendors to deliver assets on time.
• Collaborate on marketing automation, CRM workflows, and lead tracking.
• Develop email and WhatsApp nurture campaigns to improve conversions.
• Lead SEO initiatives: keyword strategy, site architecture, and content optimization.
• Plan offline B2B marketing, trade shows, and events to generate leads.
