Job summary

Magada & Co is seeking a vibrant Customer Service & Sales Support to guide our consumer and partner ecosystem in Indonesia. You will handle enquiries and disputes with empathy, educate about products and campaigns, and support registrations, acquisitions, and sales transactions.

The ideal candidate has a D3/S1, basic English, strong Bahasa Indonesia communication, and a customer-focused mindset. Fresh graduates welcome, up to 2 years experience; must be energized, detail-oriented, and able to

Qualifications

Min D3/S1 range, any major, GPA ≥ 2.75
Clear articulation and good communication in Bahasa
Experience in customer service
Experience in sales
Typing 50 WPM and 90% accuracy
Empathy
Vaccinated min 2 doses
Energetic and agile
Fresh graduates welcome, max 2 years in same position
Attention to detail
Adaptive to dynamic changes
Able to speak English with passive communication

Responsibilities

Guide consumers and partners in using products
Manage service enquiries and disputes from consumers and partners
Provide excellent customer service to our consumer and partners base
Maintain good relationships and community building with consumers and partners
Support projects across registrations, acquisitions, and sales transactions
Educate consumers and partners on products, promotions, and troubleshooting
Resolve problems quickly and with empathy and care
Perform administrative tasks involving partner accounts (credit top-up, changes, etc)
