Job summary

Qualifications

• Min D3/S1 degree with GPA at least 2.75.
• Clear articulation and good communication in Bahasa.
• Experience in customer service and sales.
• Typing speed 50 WPM with 90% accuracy.
• Able to use English at a passive level.
• Energetic, agile, and adaptable to changes.
• Vaccinated with at least 2 doses.
• Fresh graduates welcome; max 2 years in the same position.

Responsibilities

• Guide our consumer and partners in using our products.
• Manage service enquiries and disputes from consumers and partners.
• Provide excellent customer service to our consumer and partner base.
• Maintain good relationships with our consumer and partner base.
• Support project from registration, acquisition, and sales transaction.
• Educate consumers and partners on company products and campaigns, plus troubleshooting.
• Resolve consumer and partner problems quickly and empathetically.
• Perform administrative tasks involving partner accounts (credit top-up, changes in partner info, etc).
