Job summary

Magada & Co is seeking a customer service professional in Jakarta Selatan to guide consumers and partners in product usage, handle inquiries and disputes, and deliver excellent service. Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree, GPA 2.75 or higher
• Clear articulation and good communication in Bahasa Indonesia
• Experience in customer service
• Experience in sales area
• Typing speed 50 WPM with 90% accuracy
• Vaccinated with 3 doses
• Fresh graduate or up to 2 years in same role (entry-level)
• Ability to speak English with at least passive proficiency
