Job summary

Magada & Co in Depok is seeking a customer service-focused professional to guide consumers and partners in using our products and resolve enquiries. You will provide friendly, solution-driven support and help build strong relationships across our consumer and partner base.

You will also support cross-vertical projects including registration, acquisition, and sales transactions, while educating customers on product campaigns and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 in any major with GPA ≥ 2.75
• Clear articulation and good communication in Bahasa
• Experience in customer service
• Experience in sales
• Typing speed 50 WPM with 90% accuracy
• Empathy and energy
• Vaccinated with at least 2 doses
• Fresh graduates or ≤2 years in the same position
• Attention to detail
• Adaptive to dynamic changes
• English with passive communication

Responsibilities

• Guide our consumer and partners in using our products
• Manage service enquiries and disputes arising from our consumer and partners
• Provide excellent customer service to our consumer and partners base
• Maintain good relationships and community building efforts with our consumer and partners
• Support project from all verticals including registration, acquisition, and sales transaction
• Educate consumers and partners on Company products and promotional campaigns, as well as troubleshooting
• Resolve consumer and partners problems quickly and effectively with empathy and care
• Perform administrative tasks involving a partner's account (credit top-up, changes in partner, information, etc)
