Job summary

Life at Viction is seeking a Customer Relations Officer for our Central Jakarta team. This on-site role focuses on building strong client relationships, handling inquiries, and providing timely information about VictionX services.

You will manage customer support activities, gather feedback, and coordinate with internal colleagues to improve service quality and client satisfaction. On-site presence in Sudirman is required.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive client relations.
• Experience in customer support and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
• Analytical skills to understand client needs, identify issues, and propose solutions.
• Clear and professional communication skills in English and Indonesian, both written and verbal.
• Previous experience in financial services, trading, or investment environments is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Central Jakarta (Sudirman), manage multiple tasks, and stay organized in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency with basic office software and customer relationship management tools.
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
