Life at Viction is seeking a Customer Relations specialist in Jakarta for a full-time on-site role. You will handle inquiries, provide product information, resolve issues, and coordinate with other teams to ensure customer needs are met.

You will maintain records, monitor feedback, and support initiatives to improve satisfaction and retention. Basic reporting and outreach support are also part of the role.

Competenze

• Strong customer-facing skills in service environments.
• Experience with customer satisfaction and retention initiatives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries in fast-paced settings.
• On-site work in Jakarta with cross-functional collaboration.
