Job summary

Viction Generation is hiring a Customer Relations Officer to manage daily learner and client interactions from our Sudirman, Jakarta base. You will respond to inquiries, provide timely support, and build lasting relationships while gathering feedback to improve services.

This full-time, on-site role emphasizes client satisfaction, proactive follow-up, and collaboration with internal teams to enhance Viction id’s educational offerings. Indonesian fluency is essential; English is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills to communicate clearly, build rapport, and handle diverse customer needs.
• Customer Support and Client Relations skills to manage inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain ongoing relationships.
• Analytical Skills and a focus on Customer Satisfaction to interpret feedback, identify trends, and support service improvements.
• Ability to work on-site in Sudirman, Jakarta and maintain professional conduct in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian; English proficiency is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service, education, or financial/trading-related industries is beneficial.
• Comfort with digital tools, CRM systems, and online communication platforms.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily interactions with learners and clients across channels to ensure timely responses.
• Respond to inquiries and provide high levels of customer support and follow-up to ensure satisfaction.
• Build and sustain long-term client relationships while gathering feedback for service improvements.
