Job summary

Viction Generation seeks a Customer Relations Officer (Central of Jakarta) to manage learner inquiries on-site in Sudirman, Jakarta. You will respond across channels, handle feedback, and guide users through programs and platform features.

You will maintain records, collaborate with teams, and proactively monitor satisfaction to build lasting client relationships for Viction id’s trading education platform.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive client relations.
• Experience in customer support with focus on high customer satisfaction.
• Analytical skills to interpret feedback and identify improvements.
• Clear verbal and written communication in Bahasa Indonesia; English an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and multi-inquiry management.
• Comfort with digital platforms and CRM tools; education/trading services a plus.
• Customer-centric mindset, professional demeanor, and on-site teamwork.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, or related field or equivalent experience.
