VictionX, based in Jakarta, is seeking a Customer Relations Officer to manage day-to-day client interactions and provide high-quality support across multiple channels. This full-time, on-site role requires professionalism, accurate documentation, and a proactive approach to client care.

You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, assist clients with trading-related services, and contribute to ongoing improvements in customer service processes.

Formación

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain positive client relations.
• Experience in customer support and customer satisfaction, with a focus on service quality and responsiveness.
• Analytical skills to understand client needs, interpret feedback, and identify service improvement opportunities.
• Prior experience in client relations or customer-facing roles in financial services or trading environments is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Jakarta, Indonesia, with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, including accurate documentation of client interactions.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or a related field preferred.
