RedDoorz in Indonesia is seeking a proactive Property Relations Associate to nurture relationships with owners and hotel staff. You will monitor property quality and manage a portfolio of 30-40 properties, coordinating with internal teams to drive growth and customer satisfaction.

Fresh graduates are welcome; a Bachelor's in marketing or related field is preferred, and English proficiency is advantageous. This on-site role offers opportunities to impact partner engagement and property

• Conduct field visits and follow-ups with properties to ensure compliance and address any issues.
