Gulala Azana Hotel & Resort Guci Tegal is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead hotel sales strategies and drive revenue and occupancy targets. You will build relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and partners, while promoting rooms, meetings and events.

Responsible for planning, developing, and implementing hotel sales strategies to achieve revenue and occupancy targets, while expanding the hotel's market presence and building strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, communities, and business partners.
Develop and implement sales strategies in line with the hotel's business objectives.
Take responsibility for achieving assigned revenue and room occupancy targets.
Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential accounts.
Conduct sales calls, client visits, site inspections, and business presentations.
Promote hotel products and services, including rooms, meeting facilities, corporate events, gatherings, weddings, and other packages.
Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals for prospective clients.
Conduct price and contract negotiations in accordance with hotel policies and guidelines.
Monitor the sales pipeline and ensure timely and effective follow-up on all leads and opportunities.
B. Corporate & Account Management
Establish and maintain strong relationships with corporate accounts, travel agents, government institutions, communities, educational institutions, companies, and other potential clients.
Conduct regular account visits and business reviews.
Develop existing accounts to generate repeat business and increase revenue.
Identify and map potential business accounts within the hotel's target market and surrounding areas.
Maintain an accurate and up-to-date customer and account database.
C. Marketing & Business Development
Identify new market opportunities and monitor trends within the hospitality industry.
Develop and implement sales promotions and business development programs in coordination with relevant departments.
Develop sales packages and promotional programs based on market demand and customer needs.
Participate in sales blitzes, exhibitions, travel fairs, client gatherings, and other promotional activities.
Build and maintain a strong professional network with external parties that can generate business opportunities for the hotel.
D. Monitoring & Reporting
Prepare regular sales activity and performance reports.
Maintain and monitor the sales pipeline for all assigned accounts and opportunities.
Analyze sales performance against targets and provide appropriate follow-up actions.
Report business opportunities, lost business, market developments, and sales challenges to the management.
Prepare revenue and occupancy forecasts based on the current sales pipeline and market conditions.
E. Team Management
Lead, direct, and monitor the performance of the Sales Executive team.
Assign sales targets and provide coaching, guidance, and performance evaluations.
Ensure that all sales activities are conducted effectively and in accordance with hotel standards.
Maintain effective coordination with Front Office, Food & Beverage, Reservation, Revenue, and other relevant departments.
Encourage teamwork and a results-oriented sales culture within the department.
Min 3 years of experience, preferably in a 4 star hotel
