Job summary

RedDoorz is seeking a results-driven Business Development Specialist to lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners, building new business for the company in the Indonesian hospitality market.

The ideal candidate will be focused, have strong communication skills, and be able to think critically when planning and executing strategies to grow partnerships, acquire leads, and drive revenue across hotel and property owners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-4 years prior industry related business development experience.
• Has experience in canvassing.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
