Ruangguru seeks a Branch Operations Leader to coordinate and oversee multi-branch operations in the regional area, ensuring academic process execution and strong customer service. You will drive events, promotions, and marketing activities to boost student engagement and enrollments.

The role requires proven leadership in Sales/Marketing or Business Ops, plus experience in education or start-up settings and strong people-management skills. Fluency in Indonesian and English is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
• Proven leadership experience in Sales & Marketing, Business Development, or Business Operations.
• Experience in early childhood education, kids-focused businesses, education, or a start-up environment is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of people management with proven experience in leading and managing a team.
• Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and oversee operations of one or more branches in the regional area, ensuring smooth operations and academic processes.
• Lead branch initiatives, including events, promotions, and marketing activities to drive student engagement and enrollment.
• Manage branch PnL by assessing local market conditions and implementing strategies to optimize revenue.
• Oversee the end-to-end customer experience and journey, ensuring service quality, customer satisfaction, and long-term loyalty.
