Job summary

Ruangguru seeks a Branch Operations Manager to coordinate and oversee the operations of multiple branches in Indonesia. You will drive branch initiatives, events, and promotions to boost student engagement and enrollment, while actively managing local PnL and identifying revenue opportunities.

The role also focuses on delivering an exceptional customer journey and ensuring high service quality to foster loyalty and long-term satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proven leadership in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Operations.
• Experience in early childhood education or startups is a plus.
• Ability to lead and manage a team.
• Strong communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee branch operations across designated areas, ensuring smooth execution of academic processes.
• Lead branch-level initiatives, events, promotions, and marketing activities to drive student engagement, acquisition, and enrollment.
• Manage branch PnL by assessing local market conditions, identifying sales opportunities, and implementing revenue strategies.
• Oversee end-to-end customer experience, ensuring service quality, customer satisfaction, and loyalty.
