Job summary

You will lead branch initiatives, including events and promotions, to drive student engagement and enrollment, while managing branch PnL and optimizing revenue based on local market conditions. Strong people management and bilingual communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any major.
• Proven leadership experience in Sales & Marketing, Business Development, or Business Operations.
• Experience in early childhood education, kids-focused businesses, education, or a startup environment is an advantage.
• Strong people management and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee operations of one or multiple branches within the regional area, ensuring smooth branch operations and effective execution of academic processes.
• Lead and execute branch-level initiatives, including events, promotions, and other marketing activities, to drive student engagement, acquisition, and enrollment.
• Manage branch PnL by assessing local market conditions, identifying current and potential sales opportunities, and implementing strategies to optimize revenue and business performance.
• Oversee the end-to-end customer experience and journey, ensuring service quality, customer satisfaction, and long-term customer loyalty.
