Job summary

Ruangguru is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to coordinate multiple branches, drive events and marketing activities, and optimize branch revenue and customer experience. The role requires leadership across Sales, Marketing, and Operations, with strong people management skills.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and be fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, with experience in education or start-up environments considered an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
• Proven leadership experience in Sales & Marketing, Business Development, or Business Operations.
• Experience in early childhood education, kids-focused businesses, education, or a start-up environment is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of people management with proven experience in leading and managing a team.
• Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the operations of one or multiple branches within the assigned regional area to ensure smooth branch operations.
• Lead and execute branch-level initiatives, including events, promotions, and other marketing activities, to drive student engagement, acquisition, and enrollment.
• Manage branch PnL by assessing local market conditions and implementing strategies to optimize revenue and business performance.
• Oversee the end-to-end customer experience and journey, ensuring service quality, customer satisfaction, and long-term customer loyalty.
